How much does pest control cost?
It depends on the size of your home, the pest and the plan. We start with a free inspection and give you an exact quote before any work.
Is treatment safe for kids and pets?
Of course. Your safety and the safety of your children, pets, non-target organisms and the environment is always our top priority. We use eco-conscious products, and your technician will tell you about any steps to take before or after the visit.
How fast can you come out?
We know a pest problem can't wait, and we work hard to get out to you quickly. Give us a call and we'll find the soonest time that works for you.
What areas do you serve?
In New Mexico we serve Farmington, Aztec, Bloomfield, Kirtland, Flora Vista and all of San Juan County. In Southwest Colorado we serve Durango, Cortez, Pagosa Springs, Bayfield, Hesperus, Mancos and Dolores.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes. Our plans include free re-treats and our satisfaction guarantee. If you have any issues, call us back and we won't stop until the problem is fixed.
Do I have to be home?
Our plans include exterior service, and interior service is available on request. If you'd like us inside, we'll set a time that works for you.
Can you get rid of German roaches?
Yes. German roaches take more than one treatment. If you kill 99% and leave 1%, they rebuild fast, so we do a clean-out and follow-up visits until they're gone. We treat homes, rentals and restaurants.
How do you treat bed bugs?
We inspect first to confirm bed bugs and see how far they've spread. Then we recommend the right treatment plan, with an exact quote at the inspection.
Do you do termite inspections?
Yes. We check inside, outside and underneath the home for termites, carpenter ants, wood-destroying fungi and rot. If we find termites, we treat them and set up routine inspections so they don't come back unnoticed.
I hear mice in the walls. What do you do?
We find how they're getting in, then bait, trap and monitor. Sealing entry points (exclusion) is quoted separately.
Do you treat businesses?
Yes. We serve restaurants, warehouses, barns, schools and industrial buildings, and we can help you stay ready for third-party audits.
Who is Larry's Pest Patrol?
We're a local company serving the Four Corners since 1973. Owner Brian Spencer started at Larry's in 2002, served in the U.S. Army with two deployments to Iraq, and came home to take over the business. Veteran Owned and Operated.
